Illustrative Curriculum Structure

Syllabus roadmaps are tailored and paced to each individual student. Core foundational competencies include:

  • Module 2: Reading the Grand Staff & Dynamic Touch (Sessions 7–12): Treble and Bass clef coordination and dynamic contrast (p, mp, mf, f). Milestone: Sight-read and perform a 16-bar piece reading both Treble and Bass staves.
  • Module 3: Chord Inversions & Accompaniment Patterns (Sessions 13–18): Voice leading and smooth chord transitions without leaping across keys. Milestone: Accompany a full vocal melody using smooth chord inversions and broken-chord patterns.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can enroll in piano and keyboard lessons?

We teach both young learners and adults of all experience levels. Readiness for young beginners is evaluated during the initial 1-on-1 consultation session based on finger coordination and focus. Adults of any age can start immediately.

Is a 61-key keyboard enough, or do I need 88 weighted keys?

A 61-key touch-sensitive keyboard is sufficient for the first 6 to 12 months (Sessions 1 to 24). However, as you advance to two-hand repertoire across wider octaves and classical dynamics, an 88-key weighted hammer-action piano is strongly recommended to develop authentic finger strength.

How do online piano lessons work? Can the mentor see my hands?

We guide you on positioning your webcam or smartphone at a 45-degree angle so your mentor has an unobstructed view of your wrists, fingers, and keys. Your mentor also shares a top-down digital keyboard display with real-time illuminated keys and notation.

Do you teach both Western Classical and Bollywood / Pop / Film music?

Yes! Our foundational pedagogy teaches classical ergonomics and notation so you understand how music works. Students then choose their repertoire track — Classical, Pop/Film/Contemporary, or Jazz/Blues.

What is the schedule flexibility for working professionals?

We operate Tuesday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. You lock in a consistent weekly recurring slot, and you can reschedule with 24 hours notice through our student portal or WhatsApp support.
